Terms of Service

Effective 27 August 2026.

Holico is a private system built and run by Hank Holiday, trading as Holiday Ventures, in San Francisco, California. These terms govern this website and the Holico application.

1. Who may use Holico

The application is limited to one person: its operator, Hank Holiday. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no way for anyone else to gain access. Holico is not offered to the public, not sold, and not licensed. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a service to you.

You are welcome to read this website. That is the whole of what it offers.

2. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access the application, its accounts, its cloud project, or its data. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe this website or the systems behind it. Do not copy this site's content and present it as your own service or as a document belonging to someone else.

3. No warranty

This website and the application are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing here is promised to be accurate, current, available, or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hank Holiday and Holiday Ventures are not liable for any damages arising from this website or the application. That includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, and it includes lost data, lost profits, and business interruption. This limit applies however the claim is framed and even if the possibility of the damage was known.

Since nothing is sold and nobody pays anything, no amount is owed in any case.

5. Termination

The operator may change, suspend, or shut down this website and the application at any time, without notice and without owing anyone anything. Access by anyone other than the operator may be blocked at any time and for any reason.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published at this URL and the effective date at the top changes with it.
